Engineer, Bureau of Land Management National Operations Center 

Todd has 35 years of experience conducting engineering and construction operations in developing countries and the United States. Much of his experience was as a military engineer for the US Army Corp of Engineers on military and inter-agency missions in the Middle East, Balkans, Central, and South America. Currently, he works for the Bureau of Land Management at their National Operations Center as an environmental engineer.
