Licensed Professional Civil/Structural Engineer working for the Grand River Dam Authority in northeastern Oklahoma. Mr. Jacoby began work as a consultant for GRDA in 1980 performing structural design work for the GRDA Unit No. 2 coal fired generation unit at W. R. Holway and Associates/The Benham Companies, LLC. During his 33 years at Benham, GRDA was a principal client in the area of hydropower generation and dam safety, inclusive of numerous Federal Energy Regulatory Commission five year inspections of the GRDA hydropower facilities.
