Nhlapho is a passionate force for infrastructure advancement in his homeland, Eswatini. Driven by a lifelong love for construction and a desire to improve lives, he brings dedication and expertise to every project.

With an Associate Degree in Architecture Technology and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Nhlapho has gained valuable experience across diverse organizations like World Vision, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and Manzini Town Council. He has honed his skills in structural design, project planning, costing, monitoring, tendering, and procurement, contributing significantly to each role.

Currently, Nhlapho serves as a Technical Project Officer at Microprojects, where he coordinates the EIA Bridge Program in Eswatini. He considers this opportunity to lead crucial infrastructure development a major achievement, alongside the life-changing experience of traveling to the United States with EIA in 2022.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Nhlapho's creative side shines through his passion for architectural design. He also embraces the outdoors, actively engaging in livestock farming. These diverse interests reflect his balanced and inquisitive nature.
