Sikhumbuzo is a passionate civil engineer with a career spanning over 16 years. He began his journey as a consultant, applying his knowledge to both civil and structural design. After honing his skills in the contracting sector, he joined Microprojects in 2015, where he now leads the engineering department.
Beyond his professional accolades, Sikhumbuzo values the joy of a well-played soccer match, reflecting his competitive spirit and love for teamwork. His greatest accomplishment, however, lies in achieving a post-graduate diploma in project management, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning and growth.
Driven by a desire to leave a positive impact, Sikhumbuzo actively engages in social work and agriculture initiatives. He finds deep satisfaction in nurturing budding projects and contributing to community development. When away from work, he cherishes spending quality time with his son, building memories, and fostering a strong bond.
But Sikhumbuzo's ambitions extend beyond his current endeavors. He holds a dream of owning multiple businesses across various sectors, including agriculture, property, and construction. This entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his diverse skillset and leadership experience, paints a picture of a driven individual ready to leave his mark on the world.
