Roger is EIABP Bolivia’s newest mason, who recently joined the team in December of 2023. Since then he has contributed to the completion of three bridges with the organization. Roger is from the rural community of Punata, located in the outskirts of Cochabamba. Prior to joining the EIABP team, Roger worked in a leather shop and tended to his family’s crops.

His hard work and detail-oriented nature makes Roger a perfect addition to the EIABP mason team. Nicknamed “Suave” for his calm, easy-going personality, on Sundays you’ll find Roger out on a stroll or relaxing in the sun, listening to music as he washes his clothes. Beyond work Roger likes to play soccer and basketball and listen to diverse types of music.
