Patricia, who oversees Human Resources and the legal department, joined the Foundation in 2020, during the pandemic, and has been part of the FIEA – Bolivia team ever since.

Before joining the Foundation, she worked at the Departmental Court of Justice and the General National Personal Identification Service, where she played a key role in establishing semi-permanent offices in remote, impoverished, and hard-to-reach communities. Patricia also served as a Defender of Children and Adolescents, focusing on promoting, protecting, and defending the rights and guarantees of children and teenagers. Additionally, she was a legal advisor at the Bolivia FUNBOL Foundation and gained experience in various other legal fields throughout her education and career.

In her free time, Patricia enjoys reading, walking, traveling, and exploring new places. She has a deep love for animals, plants, volleyball, and chocolates.
