Fact 2
Sifundza is more than just a head mason; he's a pioneer who paved the way for bridge construction in his community. As the first mason to master the intricate techniques of pedestrian bridge building in Eswatini, his dedication and skill led him to earn the prestigious EIA certification for bridge construction. Today, he leads the team as the head mason, inspiring others with his unwavering work ethic and expertise.
But Sifundza's talents extend beyond stone and steel. He holds a Grade I certificate from Industrial and Vocational Training, solidifying his technical prowess. Additionally, he's a registered bricklayer with the Construction Industry Council, demonstrating his commitment to following regulations and ensuring quality in every project.
Yet, when the workday ends, Sifundza's heart finds solace in nature. He's a devoted farmer, tending to his goats with the same passion he applies to building bridges. This connection to the land and its creatures reflects his grounded nature and appreciation for simple pleasures.
Sifundza's story is one of dedication, skill, and a quiet love for both construction and the natural world. He's a reminder that true leadership often comes from those who excel in their craft while remaining humble and connected to their roots.
