Eleuterio is a mason on EIA’s Bolivia team, and has been involved with the program for 3 years. He has served on 10 completed projects as a senior mason with the program. Before the EIA program he worked as a mechanic, after which he obtained a job in a multinational enterprise as a mason. Through this international masonry work he honed his skills in mechanics and welding. 

He was born in the municipality of Arque, in the department of Cochabamba. He has traveled with EIA to projects in the regions of La Paz, Oruro, Potosi, Chuquisaca and Cochabamba. He lives in the city of Cochabamba with his family and in his free time between projects loves to farm potatoes in his hometown.
